Two males have been charged with recklessly driving an unregistered automotive at 119 kilometres an hour whereas one lay on the bonnet ingesting and giving the center finger to a velocity digital camera.
At 2.20am on October 23 final 12 months, a set velocity digital camera in Gabbadah, about an hour north of Perth, allegedly caught the pair in a Ford utility driving nicely over the 100 kilometre per hour restrict.
