An inmate has died after being stabbed at Edmonton’s most safety jail and now the town’s murder detectives are investigating.
Police responded to the jail round 5:40 p.m. Wednesday to experiences of an injured man on the jail.
EPS stated officers arrived to seek out Fisher affected by life-threatening accidents. He was handled on scene by paramedics, however died.
On the time of his loss of life, Fisher had been serving, since July 16, 2020, a seven-and-a-half 12 months sentence for aggravated assault, break and enter, possession of a weapon opposite to a prohibition order, and theft with use of a firearm.
The sentence was a results of an incident in Edmonton in March 2020, the court docket system confirmed.
