The Crown alleges Dawson killed Lynette on or about January 8 and disposed of her physique, presumably with help, and was motivated by his desire to have an unfettered relationship along with his former pupil and babysitter, referred to as JC. Dawson and JC married in January 1984 and separated in 1990.
